If you opt in to push notifications, we store a browser push subscription token associated with your account to deliver booking and message alerts. You can revoke notification permission at any time through your browser settings. Removing permission will disable future notifications but will not affect your account.
Account and profile data is stored securely in Supabase. Payment data is stored and managed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal information will be removed within 30 days. Booking records and payment history may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
We use browser session storage and local storage to keep you logged in during your visit and to remember your preferences (such as your last-viewed dashboard tab). We use Google Analytics cookies to measure platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.
Drop Your Puck is intended for use by adults (trainers, parents, and legal guardians). Accounts must be created by someone aged 18 or older. Player information (such as age group and position) is submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child — we do not collect this information directly from minors and do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
